Are you just an online shop?
Yes, Sew-Drops is an online shop ONLY.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK Only – this includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver internationally.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders between 1-2 business days via Royal Mail. It will then take approx. 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered to you.

My order still hasn’t arrived – what do I do?
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 1 week, please contact us via phone, or email and we will try to resolve the issue. Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 10 working days after it is sent.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via our website using debit/credit card, or PayPal.

Do you take orders over the phone?
No, we cannot take orders, or payments, over the phone. We strongly recommend ordering from our website – it’s safe, secure and easy to do. However, you can always contact us via the phone, or email us, if you have any queries about our products and services.

If a discount code takes my order below £25, will I still get free delivery?
No. You must spend over £25 after the discount code has been taken off to qualify for free delivery.

Can I add items to an order once it’s been placed?
No. Please double-check that your order is correct before you place the order as it is not possible to add items to an order once it has been placed.

Can I change my address on an order once it’s been placed?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible via phone, or email, so that we can make the appropriate changes.

Do you offer returns / refunds on fabric(s)?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of fabric cut to your requirements.

How accurately do the photographs on your website show the colours of the products?
At Sew-Drops we take a great deal of time and effort to make sure that our product photographs represent the true colours of all the fabrics, kits, and handmade gifts we stock. All photographs of the fabrics (e.g. banners and FQ bundles) are taken by ourselves in natural lighting so that the colours are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that sometimes other devices (e.g. laptops / tablets) can display website images (digital or photo) a bit differently due to things such as the resolution or brightness of the device’s screen. This means that an image or photo could possibly look a little bit different from one device to another. If you have any questions about this, please contact us via phone or email.
